SHIPPING & RETURN

Make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order to guarantee a smooth and seamless delivery!

Once you've placed your order, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Allow two (2) business days for order processing. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. UPS or USPS will log tracking details within 48 hours, and you can easily track your order here. Don't forget to check your junk or spam folder.

Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Guarantee

We promise you'll love everything in your order. But on the rare occasion that you don't, you can get a hassle-free refund within 30 days of receipt when you return it new, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Returns made after the guaranteed time frame will not be honored.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products must be ordered directly from purebese.com to be eligible for returns.
  • Please use a tracked service when returning goods, as Purebese is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

International Shipping

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. It's important to keep in mind that these charges are the recipient's responsibility, as we only charge for transportation. To find out more about these additional costs, feel free to check with your country's customs office.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is damaged, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier customer support for assistance.
